WE WANT YOUR Hugger TO WORK FOR YOU
Let's take a moment to confirm your Hugger fit while you already have your Hugger in hand!
Step 2
30 Minute Fit Test Once you confirm your fit using your Band Size & Fit Chart, take 30 minutes to wear test your Hugger over a tank top or t-shirt so that your body can adjust to the zoned compression.
Step 3
You should feel Secure & Comfortable in your Hugger with 24/7 wearability :) *Always consult your medical professional with any compression questions you have specific to your recovery. (Or have them call us!)

Simply go to the Exchange or Return Portal to make an exchange or return. You can also reference our Exchange or Return Policy here. Please note, exchange and returns are only available in the United States and Canada.
Refund - Once we are in receipt of your return and the return garment meets the return criteria listed above, we will issue a refund to your original order payment within seven business days of receiving your package and follow up with an email confirmation of your refund if you are located. Please note, all shipping is non-refundable.
Please make sure your Exchange or Return item:
• Is in new condition with tags & original packaging
• Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered
• Is accompanied by your Prairie Wear Invoice or Packing Slip
• Is returned within 30 days

Warranty Question?
With tons of Hugger Wearers in the world (big smile), we know our Huggers are well made and durable with approximately a 1% return rate on warranty items.
However, if you have been wearing your Hugger for 30 days or less and you find something on your Hugger that requires our attention, simply go to our Exchange or Return Portal.
You will provide your order number, a photo and a description of your warranty item. We will review your submission with our Production & QC Team and will get back to you within 2 business days :)
